Agent notices that touch freight in 2026

A few agent notices this year changed what the freight lanes look like, and they are worth knowing before you plan a haul.

  • 27 June 2026, LoongBuy: China Post services to all 27 EU countries suspended with immediate effect; matching options unavailable on its platform. Still listed without a restart notice on 17 October 2026.
  • 2 September 2026, US customs: the agency's e-commerce FAQ, last modified that day, describes the de minimis exemption for shipments of $800 or less as indefinitely suspended for postal and non-postal shipments.
  • 23 September 2026, LoongBuy: a notice for the October National Day holiday, the kind of break that slows every lane for a week or more.
  • Standing pages: Superbuy's custom logistics article (last updated 8 April 2024) and JoyaGoo's delivery-times page (modified 25 June 2025) still read as summarised on this site.

Promotional notices, coupon packs and discount rates are left out on purpose: they change too fast to be useful in a guide.

What buyers report on Reddit and YouTube, in summary

Agent communities on Reddit, YouTube, TikTok and Discord are where buyers compare notes, and a few themes about freight come up again and again. Rail and sea parcels that go silent for weeks and then arrive. Air parcels that pick up a road leg in Europe. Peak-season delays around November and before Chinese New Year. Parcels that pass a holiday and sit in a backlog. And surprise at how much a single bulky item adds to a haul.

Treat these as patterns, not proof. Posts are written by people with a reason to post, often when something went wrong, and nobody counts the parcels that arrived quietly. We do not publish ratings, follower counts or app scores for that reason. Where a community theme matches an agent's written rule, such as long scan gaps on rail and the longer lost-parcel windows agents set for it, this guide cites the rule.
